Tools presented in the Data4Action section of this M&E Toolkit have been identified through an extensive literature review and selected for inclusion based on their usefulness for Collective Service Partners. As such, the emphasis is on field-tested tools with an explicit RCCE and/or public health focus which are practical and easy to deploy, but at the same time methodologically robust.
The tools presented in the Data4Action section are organised by the five steps of the Collective Service Data to Action Learning Journey – an approach that considers the entire community engagement emergency response ecosystem needed in order to effectively move from data to action. Each step is aligned with a stage of the program cycle to enable users to easily identify the tools which are most relevant to their needs at any given time.
